Jetty, Nissaki Beach, Corfu. This is the final edit of the picture of the jetty in Corfu photographed at sunrise. The jetty is actually quite small, so I took this picture with my camera sat on the beach, using a Platypod. I had to hold my camera down to stop it moving, resting my arm on top of the camera whilst lying down on the beach. I would have got some strange looks but there was no-one else there so not a problem! This was the only long exposure image where I did not get water on the lens, as the waves were actually crashing in. Well rolling in.... The exposure was a full 60 seconds, using my Lee Big Stopper. Corfe Castle, Dorset A stunning ancient castle in the heart of Dorset photographed one freezing cold winters day. Described by the National Trust as "Thousand year old royal castle shaped by warfare". Durdle Door, Dorset. This is the black and white version of the picture of Durdle Door. The question is - which do you prefer - colour or black and white? Winchester Cathedral This is the IPhone picture of the spectacular ceiling of Winchester Cathedral. I like taking pictures on my IPhone first before I take photos with my Canon 6D. The screen on my iPhone is so sharp it gives me a great preview of the details within an image, and can help me in how I am going to photograph a scene with my Canon 6D. And of course taking photos on my IPhone is so so much quicker and easier and the images are there immediately to view. Next week I will be publishing a fully edited picture of Winchester Cathedral both here and on my blog. #Hampshirephotography #photographerHampshire #photographersHampshire #Hampshirephotographer #photographersinHampshire #Hampshirephotographers #rickmcevoyphotography #photographyHampshire #aerialphotographyHampshire #photographerinHampshire #picturesofHampshire #Hampshirepictures #imagesofHampshire #Hampshireimages #photosofHampshire #photosHampshire #Hampshirephotos #Hampshirephotographs #photographyinHampshire #Hampshirelandscapephotography #PhotographersinHampshireUK #winchestercathedral #picturesofwinchestercathedral #winchester
